About Ghost Deploy
Ghost Deploy is developed, operated and managed by QUBIT CODES. Ghost Deploy is the platform and service brand of QUBIT CODES, based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. For support and enquiries, contact support@ghostdeploy.com.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Ghost Deploy's website, control panel, APIs and requested services. The service operator is identified below. By accepting these Terms or ordering services, you agree to them and to the specific plan or order you accept. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so. Keep your account and billing details accurate and notify us of material changes.
Account and workspace access
Keep your phone, sign-in providers, API credentials and recovery methods secure. Google and GitHub are optional sign-in methods connected to an existing account; they do not replace your responsibility to maintain access to your verified phone. Workspace owners are responsible for the members they invite and permissions they grant. Only access resources you are authorized to use. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification or temporarily restrict access to protect an account.
Services, limits and availability
Your selected plan and order describe included resources, billing periods, limits and available features. Builds, imports, backups and provisioning can take time and depend on third-party systems. Unless a separate written service commitment applies, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular build time, inbox placement for email, or compatibility with every application. Maintenance, security updates and provider interruptions may affect service. We may change features or supported runtimes and will communicate material changes through reasonably available channels.
Your applications and data
- You retain ownership of your code and content and grant us the permissions needed to build, host, copy, transmit, back up and troubleshoot the services you request.
- You are responsible for lawful collection and use of your application users' data, appropriate privacy notices, required consents, software licences and third-party rights.
- Maintain supported dependencies, secure application configuration and backups appropriate to your needs. Verify imports, migrations and restores before relying on them or removing a source copy.
- Keep within your plan limits. Do not bypass metering, workspace isolation, access controls, rate limits or resource restrictions.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ghost Deploy for illegal activity, malware, phishing, credential theft, unsolicited bulk messaging, fraud, unauthorized scanning or attacks, infringement of others' rights, or content that exploits or endangers children. Do not deliberately disrupt shared infrastructure or access another customer's resources. Security testing requires permission and an agreed scope. We may investigate abuse, request remediation, limit an affected resource or suspend severe or repeated violations. Where the risk allows, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Prices, payments and renewals
Review the currency, price, applicable taxes, billing interval, discounts and total shown at checkout before paying. Unless a price is explicitly marked tax-inclusive, taxes are additional. Add-ons and usage charges follow the terms shown for that service. A recurring payment is collected only under the payment authorization or subscription arrangement you accept. Keep sufficient funds and current payment details for amounts due. Any renewal-price change applies prospectively and is subject to required notice and your applicable cancellation rights.
Expiry, cancellation and refunds
An expired or unpaid subscription may cause its workspace and resources to become inactive by the date shown in the account or renewal notice. Do not rely on a fixed grace period; the applicable deadline is the one communicated for your subscription. Cancelling renewal does not itself erase existing charges. To request cancellation, a billing correction or a refund, contact support with the relevant order details. Eligibility depends on the accepted order, service already supplied, provider costs and applicable law. Nothing here removes a mandatory consumer remedy. Export needed data before service ends; suspension does not guarantee indefinite retention or recoverability.
Third-party connections and email
You authorize the provider connections and resource operations you request, including repository access, domain configuration, imports and messaging. Third-party services have their own terms and availability. You must have the authority to connect repositories, domains, mailboxes and other resources. Email recipients' providers control filtering and sender-image display; successful submission does not guarantee inbox delivery. You remain responsible for permitted mailing practices and required recipient consent.
Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account, authentication, billing and service information. Do not provide secrets or personal information to people who are not authorized to receive them. We use relevant customer information to operate and support requested services, protect the platform and comply with law. Customer application and mailbox content remains subject to your instructions and applicable obligations; ordering hosting does not authorize unrelated use of that content.
Platform rights and responsibility
Ghost Deploy and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding and documentation. Your subscription grants access to the purchased services, not ownership of the platform. You are responsible for your applications and authorized users' actions; we are responsible for our obligations under the agreement and applicable law. Services carry the commitments expressly stated in your order and any warranties required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits remedies required by applicable law.
Ending service, disputes and changes
You can stop using the service and request account closure through support. We may suspend or end service for material breach, unpaid charges, legal requirements or serious security risks, with notice where practicable and legally required. Accrued payment obligations and provisions needed to address ownership, disputes and lawful record retention continue after closure. Contact support first about a dispute so we can investigate. The governing law and jurisdiction recorded below apply subject to any mandatory rights in your location. We publish revised Terms with an effective date and communicate material changes; where required, we seek renewed acceptance before they apply.
